It’s an honor serving with CARS, knowing that we can help single moms and people in need understand what is going on with their vehicles and, more often than not, send them home with a car running better than when they came in. Greater than ministering to their physical needs, there is often time to care for their hearts as well with a listening ear, a hug, or a time of prayer. The camaraderie in the shop between the volunteers is always great fun, too.
